The De-suung Headquarters would like to announce vacancy for those interested De-suups for post of Office Assistant with Office of Gyalpoi Zimpon (OGZ) .
Position: Office Assistant
Job: Regular
Grade: O1/A
Term: Initial three-year contract period, 3 months’ internship/probationary period with provision of renewal subject to performance.
Qualification, Knowledge and Skills:
● Minimum Class XII passed.
● Must have a clean record of conduct.
● Must possess integrity.
● Advantage to have basic computer knowledge/Skills.
● Good communication skills.
● Positive outlook and keen on learning.
● Proactive and ability to multitask.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Carrying out day-to-day transactions/collections, and office related errands, such as picking up supplies, making bank deposits/withdrawals, or purchasing office items.
2. Transporting/delivery important documents, packages or messages between various departments or offices.
3. Assisting in Office Tasks, helping with photo copying, filing and setting up for meetings or events.
4. Reporting any issues or incidents that occur during deliveries and pickups to the appropriate supervisor.
5. Communicating effectively with staff members and outsiders and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
6. Providing excellent public service to employees and external contacts.
7. Handling sensitive information and documents with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
8. Keeping records of deliveries and pickups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
9. Any other office tasks as and when required.
