The frequent water shortage at Debsi, Chang Gewog, Thimphu will be addressed soon with the launch of RGoB- De-suung partnership water flag project today.

The project will cater drinking water to Debsi resident and its peripheral area. It is the 2nd De-suung national service project launched at Thimphu. The project will be implemented by 100 De-suups with support from RBA, Thimphu Dzongkhag and MoWHS for duration of 8 months at the cost of around 90 million.

The groundbreaking ceremony was grace by Lyonchen Dasho Dr. Lotay Tshering. The De-suung National Service will come to rescue the scarcity of water at Debsi shortly.
