Closing of the DSP Driving Light Vehicles
The DSP Driving programme concluded with 20 De-suups completing the 1 month programme with 5 De-suup trainers in Punakha.
The Dzongdag of Punakha, Dzongrab and other guests attending the closing yesterday. Six out of nine eligible drivers received their Drivers Licenses.
