CRITERIA FULFILLMENT:
1. Minimum Class XII graduation.
2. Strong IT skills and proficiency.
3. Excellent communication and public speaking abilities (capable of interacting with high-profile individuals and addressing large gatherings).
4. Preferred experience in various deployments, with expertise in drill (reporting) and particularly below the 56th batch.
5. Willingness and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
6. Availability for travel to Training Centers as required.
