Updates on Guma water project
His Excellency, the Prime Minister Dasho (Dr) Lotay Tshering visited Guma Water Project site on 16th December 2020. He was accompanied by the Director General of De-suung.

Interacting with the De-suups, Hon’ble Prime Minister thanked them for working so hard and making the sacrifices to benefit the community. He said, “His Majesty the King envisions that De-suups would transform the nation”. In order to achieve the Royal Vision, De-suups should continue to keep their spirit high and always come forward to serve the nation, He added.
He walked to all the three different work sites; intake building site, Docha Risa trenching site and Samtenganchu trenching. He inspected the progress and
Lyonchen granted a very sumptuous high tea for the De-suups and spend some light moments with them. He left for Punakha by the evening.

His Excellency, the Chief Operation Officer, Goongloen Batoo Tshering, DYG, DRT, DW, DT, DK visited Guma Water Project site and granted Tokha to the De-suups on 4th December 2020.
Former Prime Minster, Dasho Tshering Tobgay visited Guma Water project and granted Tokha to the De-suups on 5th December 2020.
His Royal Highness, De-suup Dasho Ugyen Jigme Wangchuck visited Guma Water project site on 18th December 2020 and interacted with the De-suups.
