The Management of the De-Suung Office is pleased to welcome you as the 15th batch of trainees for the uniquely designed integrated training program from 6th April to 9th May 2015 at the Military Training Centre,Tencholing, Wangduephodrang.

During the training period you will be provided with the following privileges:

  1. Medical Facilities
  • Army Hospital (Doctors on station/standby)
  • Access to other necessary Medical Facilities
  • Ambulance
  1. Accommodation
  • Bed Sheets, Pillow and adequate blankets and duvets
  • One Bucket
  • Trunk
  • Water Jug and Glass
  • Single Bed
  • Common dressing mirror
  • Hot water shower facilities available
  1. Dining
  • Plates, Mugs, cups, glasses and other essential utensils
  1. Uniform
  • One set of formal uniform- trouser, shirt and belt.
  • 2 sets of dungry (orange color) with Cap
  • 2 White Shorts
  • 2 T shirts (White)
  • 2 prs of PT socks (White) 2 pairs OG socks)
  • One printed De-Suung T-shirt.
  • One pair of Army Boots
  • Candidates to bring their own choice of sneakers

  1. Transportation Facilities
  • Transportation will be provided by the management from Changlimithang Parking area to Tencholing with the following schedule:
  • Departure from Thimphu Changlimithang Parking: 4th April 2015. All are expected to be at the Changlimithang parking area by 0800 hrs and shall depart latest by 0930 am. De-Suup candidates are not permitted to take their own personal cars

You are required to bring the following items by yourself

  1. Gho/Kira, kabney/Rachu and accessories
  2. Bathroom slippers
  3. 1/2 pairs of sports sneakers
  4. a pair of formal shoes
  5. Innerwear changes
  6. One extra T Shirt and sports shorts
  7. One light outdoor type jacket
  8. One/two casual Track Suit
  9. Spectacles/Contact lens and solution and other personal medicines, hygiene items and other essentials that may be required during the training period for your own personal comfort and medication.
  • Hair Cut:
  • For men, please ensure to come with army crew cut
  • For women, you will be required to tie your hair during the training exercises. Hair net( black in colour) may be bought personally.
