His Eminence Leytshog Lopen Sangay Dorji of the Zhung Dratshang presided over the Drolma Tshokor at Pangrizampa yesterday.

The Kurim was jointly conducted by the De-suups undergoing the DSP Induction to Buddhism course and the De-suups who completed the Buddhist Tradition Orientation (Nangchoe), both successfully delivered by the Zhung Dratshang.

His Eminence the Leytshog Lopen said that he was encouraged by the active participation of the De-suups not only in volunteering for activities to benefit the community, but also to help preserve our strong traditions and culture. This, His Eminence said, is crucial in order for the Dharma faith and traditions to flourish for many generations.

De-suups from other DSPs and the De-suung HQ also came to receive blessings. The DSP Induction to Buddhism training will conclude next week.
