1. All selected candidates should report to their respective training centres on 26^th May 2020.
2. The De-suung Office/RBA shall arrange buses for transportation to all locations on the morning of 25^th May 2020 for 6 Eastern Dzongkhags and 26^th May 2020 for other Dzongkhags. All candidates should report at 5:30 am sharp to the designated pick-up points without fail. The buses will move by 6.30 am sharp. (Please refer the “pick-up point” table below)
3. Dress code for movement and reporting to training centres are in Gho/Kira.
4. Transportation for candidates moving from Dzongkhags other than Thimphu, will be coordinated by the respective Dzongkhag Coordinators (Contacts of the Dzongkhag Coordinators are listed at the end of this page).
5. Those in the locality of the training centres  are requested to arrange drop-off and pick-up services on your own. Please get there by 9 am on 26^th May 2020  for COVID-19 Rapid Tests (for those placed in RBG, Dechencholing, Thimphu please refer the table below).
6. You are discouraged to drive your personal cars to the training centres .
