Announcement for 52nd Batch Accelerated De-suung Integrated Training Program

De-suung Office is pleased to announce the 52nd Batch Accelerated De-suung Training Program for tourist guides, hotel staffs and tourism drivers.

A total of 1290 candidates (640 male and 650 female) will be selected. Out of which 800 (400 male and 400 female) slots are reserved for tourist guides, hotel staffs and tourism drivers. The rest 490 (250 male 240 female) slots will be selected from online registration on first-come-first-served basis. The training will commence from 23rd August to 12th September, 2022.

The following criteria will be taken into consideration for online applicant.

  1. Educational criteria: Applicant should have minimum educational qualification of Class X(passed)
  2. Employment status: Unemployed
  3. Minimum age: 20 years as of 20th August 2022
  4. Intake: Male-250, Female-240, Total-490
  5. Fitness: Physically and mentally fit

NOTE (please read carefully):

  1. General Criteria
    • Priority will be given to tour operators, Hotel staff and drivers from tourism sector.
    • You are strongly advised against resigning from your current job to apply for the training.
    • Any employment related dispute, at the time of registration or while undergoing the training, will result in disqualification of your participation in training.
  2. Registration
    • Registration will open on 17th August 2022 from 11 AM onwards on the De-suung Online Registration System (link to which will be shared on De-suung Official Facebook Page and De-suung website).
    • Do not upload any documents during registration.
    • Registration will be closed as soon as the required numbers are filled up.
    • Applicant shall provide correct information. Any wrong or misleading information provided will result in disqualification of your application.
  3. Documents Required (ONLY FOR SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES)
    • Copy of Academic Certificate. Submit only the pass certificate (or marksheet in case of Class X & XII) of the highest educational level attained.
    • School Leaving Certificate is NOT considered as academic certificate.
    • Documents should be 1 MB or less. File size larger than 1 MB will not get uploaded and may delay your registration.
    • File formats accepted are doc, docx, pdf, zip, jpg, png.
  4. Security Clearance
    • Apply for your Security Clearance and get it validated before the registration date.
    • Website http://scs.rbp.gov.bt.
  5. Health Criteria
    • Candidates should be medically fit.
    • You are strongly advised not to apply if:
      • you have any pre-existing medical conditions that might pose health risks during the training. (Example: asthma, hypertension, diabetes, lupus, epilepsy, hepatitis, anemia, psychiatric disorder etc.)
      • you have drugs/alcohol dependence problem or currently undergoing rehabilitation program.
    • Thorough medical tests will be conducted at the training centres. If you are found unfit, at any time before or during the training period, you will be disqualified and withdrawn from training with immediate effect.
  6. Maternity Issues
    1. You are strongly advised not to apply if:
      • you are pregnant.
      • you have breast-feeding child/children.
  7. Other important information to keep note of
    • Reporting date: 20th and 21st August, 2022.
    • Please mention your correct address where you are currently residing. This will be used for assigning the Medical Screening Centre for your medical examination as well as for your transportation arrangement for selected candidates.
    • You must use your own personal mobile number and email address during the registration. If you do not have, please get them now.
    • *The costs incurred for and administrative/logistics hurdles of sending home a trainee who is found ineligible due to misinformation provided during the registration can be avoided. Please provide accurate and correct information.
    • If you have not checked for your blood group please do so now. You can update your blood group when you come for the training (in case you are selected)
    • Training Centre will be allocated by the Office.
